The dissonant bleakness of the first track is less weird and more hypnotic than on the second track. That's why I like it a little more. But both songs together make for an extraordinary experience and a journey to the arhythmically beating heart of darkness.

I'm exploring Blood Incantation's back catalog. This early work may have more primitive production, but they were already a fully-formed group of creative virtuosos. This music is controlled chaos. It's fast. There are tons of changes. It's unpredictable. But it never becomes unpleasant because there is always groove and melody and space.
